JACK DAMER - artist/printmaker teaches printmaking, primarily Lithography, drawing and seminars at the University of Wisconsin, Madison. Additional teaching venues: Concordia University, Montreal, Indiana University, Bloomington and University of the ARTS, Philadelphia.
CONDENSED CURRICULUM VITAE Exhibition record includes over 150 national and international group and invitational shows, including: The Philadelphia Print Club, Brooklyn Museum, Carnegie Museum, The Milwaukee Art Center, Wisconsin Triennial, Boston Printmakers, Bradley Print and Drawing, Elvehjem Museum, Whitechapel Gallery, London, Library of Congress, Print Biennales in Krakow, Poland, Bradford, England, and Taipei, China, and the Venice Biennale. Included in approximately 50 collections in the US and overseas. e.g. Carnegie Museum, Library of Congress, Brooklyn Museum, Whitney Museum, Philadelphia Museum of Art, Milwaukee Art Museum, The Grunwald Center for Graphic Arts, (UCLA) , Smithsonian Museum of American Art and Taipei Art Museum, Taiwan. 3rd Prize at the 7th International Biennale of Prints & Drawings, Taiwan Art Museum, R.O.C., 1995 Participated in over 75 lectures and workshops at major universities here and abroad.
