About this course
Exercise, Nutrition, and Health (Kinesiology 100) is one of our department’s most popular introductory courses. We believe it is so popular because it is an excellent way to learn about the guidelines and assessment methods used in the world of fitness and nutrition. Together, we’ll talk about the psychological aspects of exercise including motivation, adherence, and stress-reduction techniques. Each lecture will address concerning effects of exercise and nutrition on our overall health and well-being.
